This beautiful blue 1989 Toyota MR2 NA runs great and is an absolute blast to drive. I will miss it dearly.

No modifications other then a set of Koni shocks from the previous owner that I never bothered taking off. I just set them on the softest setting and forget it.

Big maintenance items since owning it include:
-all new oil seals
-new starter
-transmission rebuild of 2nd gear and new clutch
-refurbished A/C

Will need new tires soon

Lived in California its whole life. Maintenance items were always done on time. Daily driven as well as the occasional road trip. Kept under an awning or in a garage. It has never left me stranded, never failed to start and never failed SMOG. Nothing beats 80's Toyota reliability. Everything that car nerds preach about "driving feel" and "slow car fast" makes perfect sense after driving it.

The only big knock against it is the body/paint. The front splitter was like that when I first bought it and I've only made it worse with the occasional scrapes. Whoever resprayed the car did a messy job and there's a bunch of small dents/scrapes. The cassette player does not work, but the rest of the sound system does. In general, its noisy and some of the buttons are faded with time and sun damage, but it never bothered me; comes with the territory of an old car IMO

Included:
-a sun screen that perfectly fits the front windshield
-the documentation of repairs from the previous owner and myself
-the old Haines manual and brochures
-jumper cables

I'm no photographer, so let me know if you need more/better photos. I work early morning, but I'm usual available from 12 to 8 pm the whole week. I'm 6' 2" with longer legs and fit fine, but it would definitely be worth seeing if you fit comfortably in it first.

Open to offers but please don't waste my time or yours. Thank you
